We retain contact form submissions only for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, meet legal and professional obligations, and maintain appropriate business records. The College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysis requests client records be kept on file for a minimum of ten years or if the client is under 18 years of age, ten years following their eighteenth birthday.

If personal health information is destroyed following the mandatory retention period, personal health information in paper form will be shredded and electronic information will be deleted.
